GE Vernova plays a pivotal role in driving decarbonization efforts by delivering technology and infrastructure that support the shift from fossil fuels to renewable energy sources, aiming to reduce carbon emissions and enhance energy efficiency worldwide.

GE Vernova and AirJoule Technologies formed a 50/50 joint venture in March 2024 to advance the commercialization and deployment of the AirJoule system.

In January 2024, Carrier and AirJoule Technologies agreed to collaborate on AirJoule™’s applications in the HVAC sector and commercialize the AirJoule™ technology into HVAC equipment in the Americas.

AirJoule Technologies and BASF have implemented a development agreement for the production of engineered super-porous materials that are applied as a coating to AirJoule contactors to perform the energy and water harvesting function
