AirJoule Technologies (formerly named AirJoule Technologies Corporation) is the developer of the transformational AirJoule^® technology for water advanced dehumidification and water harvesting.

AirJoule Technologies went public in March 2024 and is traded on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange under the ticker “AIRJ”.

GE Vernova

GE Vernova is dedicated to providing cutting-edge solutions for the global transition to cleaner, more sustainable energy.

GE Vernova plays a pivotal role in driving decarbonization efforts by delivering technology and infrastructure that support the shift from fossil fuels to renewable energy sources, aiming to reduce carbon emissions and enhance energy efficiency worldwide.

GE Vernova and AirJoule Technologies formed a 50/50 joint venture in March 2024 to advance the commercialization and deployment of the AirJoule system.

Carrier Corporation is a global leader in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVACR) solutions. Carrier provides advanced climate control and energy-efficient solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial applications.

Carrier is committed to sustainability, driving innovation in environmentally responsible products that reduce energy consumption, minimize carbon footprints, and promote cleaner, healthier indoor environments.

In January 2024, Carrier and AirJoule Technologies agreed to collaborate on AirJoule^®‘s applications in the HVAC sector and commercialize the AirJoule^® technology into HVAC equipment in the Americas.

BASF

BASF is the world’s largest chemical company with facilities around the world

AirJoule Technologies and BASF have implemented a development agreement for the production of engineered super-porous materials that are applied as a coating to AirJoule contactors to perform the energy and water harvesting function

BASF has successfully produced coatings for our prototypes and is now scaling the processes for mass-production. We are expanding our ongoing development agreement to global manufacturing and supply

Pacific Northwest National Laboratory

US DOE’s Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) scientists conceived of and patented the self-regenerating dehumidifier.

AirJoule Technologies has the worldwide exclusive license for the technology

PNNL and AirJoule Technologies have executed a Strategic Project Partnership Agreement to further develop further enhancements to the technology
