Water for the communities being built now
In the fastest-growing parts of Texas and California, water availability decides whether a development can be approved. AirJoule systems produce pure water on site without a new pipeline, well or allocation.
Growth is outrunning supply
Multi-unit residential developments in water-constrained markets face longer approvals, allocation limits and rising connection costs. Decentralized water generation gives a developer a supply that is independent of the municipal system and of drought conditions, sized to the development and delivered as the units are built.

An exclusive channel with a global water infrastructure leader
Kubota Corporation, founded in 1890 and operating in more than 150 countries, is the exclusive sales channel for AirJoule systems into multi-unit residential developments in Texas and California. The partnership pairs AirJoule water generation with Kubota’s wastewater treatment, reclamation and digital infrastructure, so a development can be designed with generation, treatment and reuse as one system. Kubota has purchased the first two AirJoule systems for deployments near Corpus Christi, Texas and Irvine, California.
Pure water, on site, at the pace of construction
AirJoule produces pure water from air and meets FDA bottled water and California drinking water standards. Units run on low-grade waste heat where it is available or on an integrated heat pump where it is not, and deploy one at a time as phases complete. Systems can be purchased, leased or delivered under a Water Purchase Agreement.
